Our production facility in Malaysia is ISO 9001 certified, confirming compliance with international quality management standards. This ensures that our products and services meet the highest quality requirements and are continuously improved.
Falcon Code of Conduct
The Falcon Code of Conduct defines our principles for ethical and responsible behavior. It is binding for all employees and business partners and ensures compliance with legal and moral standards. The code covers topics such as anti-corruption, data protection, environmental protection, and human rights. We place great importance on ensuring that everyone in our organization understands and actively follows the Code of Conduct. CE Declaration of Conformity
The CE Declaration of Conformity from Falcon Illumination certifies that the company’s products comply with the applicable EU directives and are safe for consumers.
UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Standards
Our LED Lightings are designed for use with 48V DC or below. This means they are below the voltage level specified in the safety standard for measuring, controlling and testing electrical equipment (UL601010-1, 6.3.1a). Therefore, they are considered outside the scope of safety standards in the United States.
However, some of our lighting types and power supplies are UL-certified, and we can offer these upon request.
RMA Form
The Falcon RMA form is a fast and easy way to repair or replace defective or faulty products. It includes all the necessary information for processing the RMA request, such as the product’s serial number and a description of the issue. The form helps Falcon to find a quick and efficient solution for its customers.
Environmental Management
RoHS Directive, REACH Regulation
Falcon follows the RoHS and REACH standards to ensure that its products are safe, effective, and environmentally friendly. Only materials that comply with these regulations are used, helping to protect the health of consumers and employees as well as the environment.
WEEE Regulation
The WEEE certificate confirms that Falcon Illumination has registered its electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with EU directives on the disposal of electronic waste, helping to reduce environmental impact.
