Ideal for imaging applications with limited space
Falcon has developed a lighting solution that uses an integrated light guide. The round housing (Ø 27mm) of the lighting contains a powerful SMD LED (4W power).
The attached light stick has a diameter of 9 mm, is 200 mm long, and produces a radial 360-degree illumination over a length of 50 mm at the end. The lighting is ideal as a radial backlight for various quality inspections without generating heat at the inspection site.
Thanks to its slim design, it is also possible to inspect components with small openings, such as the inspection of oil channels or boreholes.

On request, both the stick length and the light-emitting section can be individually customized. In addition, the light stick can also be manufactured with a diameter of only 5 mm.
Special versions, such as a 180° light emission, have already been successfully implemented.
