HighPower Light Stick FHLS

Falcon has developed a lighting solution that uses an integrated light guide. Inside the round housing (Ø 27 mm) is a powerful SMD-LED with an output of 4 W.

The attached light stick generates a radial 360° light emission at the end over a length of 5 to 50 mm.

The light stick is available in two diameters (4 mm FHLS-D4 or 8 mm FHLS-D8) and can be supplied in customized lengths of up to 300 mm.

This lighting is ideal as a radial backlight for various quality inspections in confined spaces and produces no heat at the inspection point.

Thanks to its slim design, the light stick also enables the inspection of components with small openings — for example, when testing vials and ampoules, oil channels, or drilled holes in engine blocks — as well as many other applications.
