The modular LUCON® 2 light controller has a constant current source that can be adjusted in 0.1 mA increments - completely independent for each channel. This allows a mix of any type of LED lighting to be supported in parallel, regardless of whether it has a series resistor or not.
Other benefits of the LUCON® 2 light controller are output currents of up to 20 A per channel, a max. supply voltage of 48 V, an Ethernet interface for fast communication, an integrated graphic web interface for configuration and optically isolated trigger interfaces.
The system consists of a master module and can be expanded with up to 15 slave modules. The master handles communication and power supply, while the slaves operate independently, each controlling an additional lighting unit. To control a single channel, only the master is required.

The modular design of the LUCON®2 light controller series allows great flexibility and can be adapted to any application. The modules communicate via their own bus system. The respective module configuration is saved separately in each module. This makes it possible to change a module at any time (only when power is off). Each module works completely independent of the others.
To ensure that the individual modules can be correctly configured and addressed, each has a small rotary coding switch on the front of the housing that can be used to set the channel number. The Master module should be given the number 1. The connected Slave modules should then be given the numbers 2 to 16 in ascending order.
Combines communication and power unit. Serves as the interface to the PC and supplies up to 15 slaves via the bus.
Contains only the power unit. Configuration and power supply are handled by the master.
